Our Guarantee:

We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects for as long as you own your house. All of our vents are made from select hardwoods, double glued, and pinned at high stress points. Frames for our larger framed flush models are doweled at corners. Our floor grates are designed for light to moderate traffic areas. Grate Vents will replace any defective grate, at no charge to the consumer. Simply return to manufacturer.

If you have any questions regarding any item, please call or write. We will entertain all requests. Other wood species besides those listed may be available. Sizes other than those given as standard, plus alternate wood species, are considered special order.

Many sizes and wood species are in stock, ready for immediate delivery. Some less common sizes or wood species may require up to 4 weeks for delivery.
